Service Description
This free follow-up appointment will enable me to evaluate the outcomes of your treatments at Face It Smooth and provide the opportunity to review improvements or make adjustments as needed. My goal is to deliver exceptional results for you. Please note, you may incur charges for any additional products used during touch-ups. The booking fee or $25 will be credited back to you on arrival or put toward further treatments.
Cancellation Policy
No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy for Face It Smooth Aesthetics LLC “No Show” shall mean any client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment. “Same Day Cancellation” shall mean any client who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. “Late Arrival” shall mean any client who arrives at the clinic 15 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment. Policy It is the policy of the practice to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late cancellations. Face It Smooth Aesthetics LLC’s goal is to provide excellent care to each client in a timely manner. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients are required to call or leave a message at least 24 hours before appointment time. Procedure: The client is notified of the appointment “No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy” at the time of scheduling. This policy can and will be provided in writing. * Appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * In the event a client arrives late as defined by “late arrival” to their appointment, and cannot be seen by the provider on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a future clinic visit, if available. * If clients is a “no show/same day cancellation” then a $25 fee will be billed to client and must be paid before further appointment or services will be provided.
